This was so amazing for me to read.
I have been down in the dumps, feeling frustrated and alone.
I have been a single parent for a long time and finally got married 8 months ago to someone I felt truly loved me. I soon realised after we got married that he was pretending, I have been abused mentally, I have been called ugly, fat and compared to his ex-girl friends. He tells me he doesn’t care for me now I understand why he does what he does. My husband goes on the internet on dating sites, put his profile as a single man and chats with different women. He never takes me out and goes out at the weekend to parties coming home in the early hours of the morning. Last Saturday night he didn’t even bother coming home. I carry the full responsibilty of the finances in the home, as my husband’s business is not working at the moment. He does not appreciate anything I do and tells me other women carry the full financial reponsibility in the home.
I have cried to the Lord ‘Why me’ I thought I sought God’s face before I got married, why is this happening to me. I don’t deserve this, I am a good person.
Reading your blog this morning has brought me hope.
Thank you so much and God bless.
