Well, the conference is over. What an amazing weekend!!! I feel sort of like I do after Christmas. As I prepare, the excitement builds. Then, before I know it…It’s here! It’s a time of great joy, celebration, concentration, growing and learning, laughing and crying, sharing and serving. Then, it’s gone. I feel a little depressed. I shouldn’t. I met and made so many new friends, (Where else can you go and make over 500 new friends all at once?) I learned so much that it will take a year to digest it all, and I had my socks blessed off by each amazing woman’s commitment to her God and to the building of His kingdom!!
That’s the vision I walk away with every year. God has an army of ambassador’s in every corner of the planet shinning light in this dark world. Each of you represents hope. God is still actively working among us!
So many of you expressed how encouraged you were by our team. But you encouraged me! I feel stronger, more confident, and optimistic about our world knowing that we are in this together. So keep up the good fight girls. Don’t lose heart. Seek wisdom and do not be afraid of their faces. Be strong and courageous for the cause of Christ. And one day, when earth is but a distant memory and we are together in heaven, eating dark chocolate I’m sure and in our most comfortable heavenly P.J.’s, we’ll celebrate together—with our King!
Please pray for me as I travel tomorrow to speak in Colorado. I’ll be gone for two days. When I return, I promise to post some pictures of the conference. If you have some photos, I’d love to see them and post them right here too!
Thanks for blessing me this weekend!

Micca,
I just wanted to tell you that you were an amazing blessing to me this weekend. I was really impacted by your messages and I look forward to reviewing my notes and getting a copy of that Andy Stanley book. You gave me a lot of information and ideas to take home with me and I enjoyed every minute of your presentations.
Thanks for taking the time to speak with me and encourage me when I was at the “Meltdown point”.
I will pray for you as you speak in Colorado and I look forward to being a regular blog visitor.
Take care,
Kelley
~~Oh and I have “forgotten” my children on a few occassions as well. lol

Micca,
It was awesome to see you over the last week. I just wish I had more time to talk with you! At least we shared a corn nugget at Sonny’s:)
Girl, I just love you. I hope it’s not a full year before we see each other again. At least I know we’ll be in touch by email and phone!
Love you,
Melissa

Micca,
I am praying for you as you travel to Colorado to speak. Your talk on Sunday was just what I needed to hear and I learned so much from your Captivating the Heart Your audience talk. And like Kelley, I have forgotten my children before too 🙂 Thanks to you and the entire P31 team for all of your hard work on the conference.

Micca,
I’ve never heard you speak before, but at 10:30 at night while delayed in the Chicago airport I was sharing what you shared with us with my mom back home. You are a beauty and I’ll pray over your time in the mountains.
Thanks so much for blessing us. “You all” as we say it in Nebraska are God seekers to the core.
Oh and as far as your kid being forgotten. All my kids have scars of being left too long in one place while I was in my own world. Sometimes I wish I could just stay in my own wolrd…it’s such a happy all about me place! 😉
See you next year same place same time sister!
Blessings,
Lelia

I just said a prayer for you. It must be dizzying to go from one event to the next.

Micca,
You blessed me so much at the conference. God used you to carry me over hurdles, not limited to, but including speaking and writing. You make me laugh so hard I get embarrassed in the crowd. I find people looking at me like, “funny yes, but get real, woman!”
I love laughter but don’t have it drawn out of me to the extent God uses you to do so, very often. Thank you for inspiring me, I mentioned to you in passing, I love you and if you knew me better you’d love me too, I guarantee.
Press on good & faithful servant.

Can you give us just a little outline of your new book? (or have you done that previously?) The title seems to speak directly to my heart and the things I can’t seem to let go of. Thanks!
